 Photo of the Month Sydney Fast Ferries I love the line "As the Manly ferry cuts its way to Circular Quay" from the Australian Crawl song Reckless. Its such a visual song. So it was magical to see the Sydney Fast Ferries service from Manly literally illustrate the songs line as it cut its way along the harbor into the sunset one day this week. Calendars T Shirts  The EPSON International Pano Awards I’m delighted to report that seven of my panorama photographs have received awards in this year’s EPSON International Pano Awards. My Long Reef Sunset (above)received a Silver Award and was ranked 14th in the World. The North Curl Curl image also received a Silver Awards and was ranked 23rd. Documentary panoramas from the Canberra firestorm and landscape panoramas from Tasmania and Western NSW received five Bronze Awards.

Please follow this link for more details: Rolex Sydney Hobart Page  Seniors Moments Photography Competition I’m delighted to report that my portrait of Alfred Najar has won 1st prize in North Sydney Council's Seniors Moments Photography Competition! Alf and I had a wonderful time making the photograph which shows Alf with his beautiful competition shotgun. At 90 Alf is the oldest registered clay target shooter in Australia and is looking forward competing at the Australian titles in May. Alf took up competitive shooting after a long motor racing career that saw him win three Australian Grand Prix as well as founding the Mount Panorama racing circuit.
